Welcome! I am Mark Haynal, Ed.D., Superintendent of Schools for the Indiana Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. I have the pleasure of working with 27 teachers in 13 small schools in Indiana in which quality multiage teaching and learning is taking place. We operate these schools for three reasons:
 | We want to introduce children to Jesus Christ as their Friend, their Savior, and their model for living. |
| We believe small, family-like schools are safer, more enjoyable and fulfilling places for children to learn and grow. |
| We want children to not only master the academic subjects, but also learn to live life to its fullest mentally, spiritually, socially and physically. |
This website is designed to serve three groups of people. It is first a resource for teachers in the Indiana Conference. Second, it offers parents information about the advantages of small schools and multiage teaching and learning. Finally, it houses things of personal interest to me that may also interest and amuse you and my other friends and relatives.
